How Do I Change My Bank Account Information?

There are two ways you can update your bank account information.

Option 1: Update in Merchant Home

  1. Login to Merchant Home at my.clearent.net/ui/home.
  2. Click on Account Setting on the left side of the screen then select “Bank Account Settings”.
  3. Your changes will then be processed in 1-2 days.

Option 2: Complete this Form

  1. Complete the Bank Account Update Form.
  2. Email completed form and voided check or DDA letter to bankchanges@clearent.com.
  3. Your request will be processed in 3-5 business days.
  4. You will receive an email from bankchanges@clearent.com once your update has been completed. Be sure to check your junk/spam!
