Whats New: Updates to Disputes, Virtual Terminal, & Resolved Issues – March 28, 2025
We’re excited to share key updates on enhancements to our Disputes page and resolved customer issues!
New Feature
- Disputes: Case Details familyiD timeline section
- Implemented a timeline section in disputes Case Details to provide a reference of all cases related by familyID and their respective case status
New Update
- Disputes: updates to the Disputes Table
- Updated sorting options in the Dispute Table header to make them available and more visible for when merchants need to compare cases
- Updated Disputes Table column field order to make disputes related details easier for merchants to view and interpret
- Disputes: added related dispute cases messages in Response History
- Added messages in the Response History section to help merchants follow messages across a dispute lifecyle from previous and/or newer cases related by familyID
Resolved Issues
- Virtual Terminal: Virtual Terminal delayed loading speed
- Problem: Virtual Terminal was experiencing long loading times
Solution: Virtual terminal performance has been enhanced to reduce loading speeds for Virtual Terminal and overall Merchant Portal page loading
- Problem: Virtual Terminal was experiencing long loading times

- Virtual Terminal: Take a Payment page displaying multiple error messages upon initialization
- Problem: Virtual Terminal: Take a Payment page displaying multiple error messages appear erroneously upon initialization
- Solution: Virtual Terminal: Take a Payment page updated to remove erroneous error messages and display the expected amount only when an error occurs

Resolved Issues
- Security Settings: security settings missing from mobile view of Merchant Portal
- Problem: Security settings option was missing in the top-right user profile dropdown when viewing Merchant Portal from a mobile device
- Solution: Security settings option updated to now display accurately when viewing Merchant portal from a mobile device
- Customers: customer first name and last name filters not working
- Problem: Customer name filters were displaying a “No Customers Found” error when searching for active customers
- Solution: Customer name filters updated to now display an accurate list of related first and last name results
